Supplying Nagpur’s hospitality trade since 2000
Mihir Disposables started with a roll of fabric, a pair of cutting shears and a screen printing frame. 26 years later, we supply hotels, restaurants, banquet halls and caterers across Vidarbha with the everyday essentials that keep service running.
Where it began
In 2000, Mr. Vijay Urade started the business in Nagpur by importing fabric rolls, cutting them into napkins and screen printing custom logos for hotels and restaurants. It was careful, hands-on work, and it taught the business something that still guides it: hospitality clients notice every detail.
Hotels came back because the napkins were cut true, the logos were crisp and the orders arrived when promised. As those clients asked for more, the range grew to include chef caps, buffet caps, gloves and paper napkins.
From napkins to a full disposables supplier
Over the years, disposables became the high-volume side of the business. Caterers across Vidarbha began relying on us for caps, gloves, napkins and serveware for weddings and festive events. Today more than 45 wedding and festive caterers order from us, alongside hotels and restaurants in Nagpur.
We still cut and print cloth napkins, and custom printing remains at the heart of what we do. It is what lets a venue put its own name on the table.

Mr. Vijay Urade
Mr. Vijay Urade founded Mihir Disposables in 2000 and still leads the business day to day. His approach has stayed the same since the first napkin order: understand exactly what the client needs, supply the same quality every time, and never miss a delivery date.
