We confirm pricing, minimums and timeline, and show where and how large the logo will appear.

Approve the sample
We print a sample for approval. Nothing goes into full production until you are happy.

Print and deliver
Your order is printed, packed and delivered on the agreed date. Artwork is saved for repeat orders.

Custom printing questions
What file format should our logo be in?
A vector file (AI, PDF, CDR or SVG) gives the sharpest print. If you only have a JPG or PNG, send the best quality you have and we will advise whether it needs redrawing.
Can you match our brand colours?
We match ink colours as closely as possible to your brand colour and show you a sample before the full run.
What is the minimum quantity for printed napkins?
Printed paper napkins usually start from about 10,000 pieces and printed cloth napkins from 100 pieces. Other items vary, so ask for exact minimums.
How long does a printed order take?
About 7 to 15 working days after sample approval for most orders. During the wedding season, order four to six weeks ahead.
Will repeat orders match the first one?
Yes. We keep your approved artwork and specification on file so repeat orders match.
